The race starting time is 12 noon on Saturday 29th November 2008.

The Cox/Stroke is required to collect race instructions and numbers. This is also where you need to notify of any crew / coxswain name changes (up to one hour prior to race start time). A fully refundable deposit of AUD$20 is required. Refunds will be made upon return of all race numbers at the Hawthorn finish.

A competitor's briefing session will also be held.
