HRC was approached by Rowing Victoria to bring this event back from February 2002 to November 2001 to assist the programming of events for the season, and early running of the Kings Cup Regatta in Feb 2002 (hosted by RV).
Entries were down due to this change, and a clash with end of year school examinations.
First time Rowing Victoria officials used.
